York Pointer & Setter Club

Dear York Pointer & Setter Club Members,

Please join us on Saturday, June 27, 2026 for our annual Membership Meeting and Summer Picnic at the club grounds.

The Membership Meeting will begin promptly at 12:00 PM. During the meeting, voting members will elect the following positions for a two-year term:

• President

• Secretary

• Treasurer

• Three (3) Board of Director positions

Following the meeting, we will hold our Summer Membership Picnic. The club will provide burgers and drinks. Members are encouraged to bring a side dish or dessert to share.

Please RSVP for the picnic using the form below so we can plan accordingly for food. RSVPs should be completed by Friday, June 19, 2026.

Additionally, if you are available to help around the club grounds, we will be meeting at 9:00 AM the morning of the meeting for a club work day. Coffee and breakfast snacks will be provided. A list of work items will be sent out closer to the date.

This email shall also serve as the official notice requesting nominations for the following open positions:

• President

• Secretary

• Treasurer

• Three (3) Board of Director positions

This process is being conducted in accordance with Article XI of the Club By-Laws regarding Elections.
